- $115,000 to $130,000+ Base Salary

Their providers bring quality medical care to the geriatric population, making a dramatic impact in increasing quality of life and safeguarding the dignity of those they serve.
POSITION DESCRIPTION:
Serve as a primary care provider for geriatric patients located in a skilled nursing facility. Overall duties of the role include, but are not limited to:
- plan, direct, and evaluate medical care
- examine and treat chronic illnesses
- examine and treat urgent illnesses
- order and interpret laboratory and diagnostic testing
- collaborate with caregivers and other healthcare professionals
- work closely with the interdisciplinary care team
- make referrals as necessary
The practice uses an EHR on a mobile-based platform and providers are supported by team members who assist with scheduling, orders, referrals, etc.
Providers share on-call responsibilities, which is low volume phone triage. Providers are on call no more than 3 nights per month and flexibility is offered.
REQUIREMENTS:
- North Carolina NP license
- DEA
- 1+ year advanced practice experience
- 1+ year experience in a relevant setting
